Greg’s Occasional Pic of the Moment #6
Victor Martinez explains to me how he got involved in the SERPO business. Taken by Mark Pilkington during an interview at my place two weeks ago. I will post a short take on his rebuttal to my SERPO opinions within a few days.
Although I still believe that the whole thing was mostly a sham, Martinez was not offended or bothered by my take on things, and that to me is the sign of a civilized person. One surprising thing he told us was that he was acquainted with Bill Moore back in the day.

Victor Martinez is also a convicted criminal. Be careful of the company you keep, Greg. Here’s a link to the PUBLIC documents supporting this information.

And I find it VERY interesting that he is saying he was “acquainted” with Bill Moore - does the phrase “birds of a feather” fit here?

I met him once–I’m not sure if that’s “keeping company.” The info posted is not a legal document (supposedly an electronic version of one), but since Martinez has apparently seen it and not demanded you to take it down, it looks like he does have a record.
The inference that Bill Moore is a criminal is out of line in my opinion. Also, my phrase “back in the day” meant in the 1980s. Martinez’ convictions were after 2000. By “acquainted” I mean that he talked to Moore a few times.
If there is something you know about Bill Moore that you would like to share, please do.

My apology for not being more clear about Martinez and Bill Moore.
What I was referencing was Bill’s admission to engaging in the same disinformation tactics as Rick Doty.
We have Bill involved in disinformation and Martinez the conduit for Doty’s Serpo disinformation.

Martinez’s criminal record information is not a “legal document” as you stated Greg, but it did give me the case file numbers and I do have the actual court records.

Bill never admitted to engaging in the same disinfo tactics as Doty. He did say that he was asked (almost forced) to hand over a copy of the bogus “Aquarius” document to Paul Bennewitz. He did this with a stern warning to Bennewitz, which was not heeded.
