This is not The Creatures that were formed after Siouxsie and the Banshees broke up in 1996, but some unknown and possibly in-studio-only band that was brought together for this one-off track, perhaps sometime in the late 1950s.

Close harmonies and professional musicianship does not mar the general silliness. The moon people want to see the President to beg FOOD of all things. If only that was all they wanted. Later, they must have gotten tired of asking and just came and took selected cow parts (which are suspiciously not referred to in the song.)
