All ties in nicely too with Greg’s book Project Beta — I’m still reading it. (It’s only taking me so long because I’m also reading other things and have the distraction of a “real” life, work, all that boring stuff. )

Consider the following 1998 document when thinking about the release of information by our (and other) governments:
