X-Files Returns
Here’s a first sneak peek at what we can expect to see (and what we won’t be seeing) on the forthcoming new X-Files film. It would appear from the comments contained within the article that we will be seeing little (if indeed anything) of an extra-terrestrial nature on-screen.
Indeed, it would appear that instead the film will be focusing on another mystery - or mysteries - of a Fortean kind. But that’s not a bad thing at all. Personally speaking, I thought the original series dragged the whole UFO conspiracy plot-line on for far too long; and to a point where what began as a great story all became a little bit tedious, tiresome and overly drawn-out.
Perhaps we’ll see Mulder and Scully (both are back) pursuing Bigfoot, ghosts, lake-monsters, or something else entirely.
Either way, I look forward to the return of The X-Files.

Well, according to an arcticle in the latest number of Wired, The X Fils never really left us; they just mutated into a whole bunch of differet TV episodes and movies
But the truth is still out there I guess.

Also of interest, I think, is the remake of ‘The Day The Earth Stood Still’. Scheduled for a December release, it stars Keanu Reeves as Klaatu.
See…

Hmmm the article at USA Today is as ambiguous as the show was. Or maybe I’m missing the plotline.
