The Phoenix Lights

A decade on from when it occurred, the Phoenix Lights UFO mystery is still making news, as the following makes abundantly clear.

Ten years after the Arizona UFO incident known as the ‘Phoenix Lights’, former Arizona Republican Governor Fife Symington, III, now says that he himself was a witness to one of the strange unidentified flying objects, even though he originally did not say so publicly.

“It was enormous and inexplicable”, he said in an exclusive interview from his home in Phoenix. “Who knows where it came
from? A lot of people saw it, and I saw it too.”

On March 13, 1997, during Symington’s second term as Governor, thousands saw multiple triangular and V-shaped craft, gliding slowly and silently across the sky for half an hour beginning at approximately 8:15 pm.

Awestruck witnesses, throughout the state, estimated that the eerie, lighted vehicles were bigger than many football fields, up to a mile long.

    Nick,

When I lived in the South West it seemed like “every freakin day” there was something hugely ominous and weird going on. Living in New Mexico when this happened I just chalked it up to another one of those “desert experiences.”

I’ll list just a few weird things I saw when I lived down there.

mixed Catholic and Tecciztecatl worshipers who displayed signs of the cross (stigmata) on an indian reservation.

    The Taos hum

    The hanta virus outbreak

Saw a black helicopter that made virtually no noise hovering at about 100 feet. (very close to a Air Force Base with a spec ops wing mind you)

A UAV that looked just like a UFO.
Or a UFO that looked just like a UAV?

An Apache man who claimed to be a “skinwalker” named Gucumatz and seemed to posses occult power and hidden knowledge.

So when I heard about the Phoenix lights my additude was like, o.k. cool, thats what happens when you live in this Desert.

I loved the military’s answer for this. Flair’s. This was the real deal and it got everybody nervous.

Big Brother Fife’s press conference certainly came off as ‘ridicule’ at the time > now it seems he was ‘whistlin past the graveyard’. It’s astounding that no one was able to announce that ‘it was jus flares’ within 24 hours-give me a break-

quote:”He(Gov) called the Commander at Luke Air Force Base, the General in
charge of the National Guard, and the head of the Department of
Public Safety in 1997. None of these officials had answers, and they were “perplexed”,
    he says.”

10 years later and i’d still like to see a demonstration of ‘flares’ recreating this event > i’d like to see film of balloons or pelicans flying 200-600 mph > after all these years not even the Magicians of CSIOPs can duplicate these events…..
