The Other Roswell

New Book Unveils Texas UFO Crash

If you’re utterly tired of all that stuff about Roswell, the Foster Ranch, the 509th, 1947, etc, etc, why not turn your attention to the other Roswell? Which one? The one that is detailed in the new book from Ruben Uriarte and Noe Torres - titled (what else?) The Other Roswell.

Unseen at Redfern HQ as yet, I hope to read and review it at some point over the next week or so.

Until then, here’s the word from the publisher:

Shocking eyewitness testimony that is just as riveting as the story of the 1947 Roswell UFO crash. On a clear spring day in 1955, Air Force pilot Robert Willingham was flying an F-86 fighter jet across West Texas when he saw an object “as bright as a star” streak past him and then execute a 90-degree turn going 2,000 miles per hour. Giving chase in his jet, the decorated World War II and Korean War veteran watched in awe as the object suddenly plummeted to Earth near Del Rio, Texas. Soon after, he visited the crash site and saw a large, silver UFO impacted into the side of a sandy hill. Nothing could have prepared him for what happened next, as his life was about to change forever. Foreword by Dr. Bruce Maccabee, veteran UFO researcher and bestselling author.”

And here’s an online article that outlines the theme of the book.

After 60 years of “Roswell” - we have “The Other Roswell”. My question is, when do we get the “Next Roswell”? Has it happened yet? And when it does, will we have to wait for a book?

PS: one last question Nick, have you got your copy yet? Maybe you could give us a few more hints on the story, so we know whether this book is worth acquiring.

Coincidentally, my copt arrived in the post yesterday afternoon. I haven’t had chance yet to dig into it (and probably won’t until the weekend), but a quick flip through its pages shows a lot of documents, photos, interviews, etc and a foreword from Maccabee; so definitely looks to be worth reading.
