Umm.. Just spent the day reading Jenny Randle's Men in Black book which is way better than Jim Keith's, although he wasn't afraid to appear bonkers.

Anyway -- the Oz Effect is what I think is more crucial -- the eerie SILENCE that comes with the UFO encounter. Sure that Big Black Triangle had a humming when it came over head but when I sighted it coming after the plasma balls, there was this strange Oz Effect.

Since my masters thesis was on philosophy of science and sound, "epicenters of justice," my emphasis is that nonwestern sound inherently enabled paranormal powers in harmony with ecology whereas western sound, including the math and technology used to analyze UFOs, inherently destroys ecology.

The key difference is how "silence" is conceptualized. Western science is based on measuring sound as a visual medium with time as distance. Note how the Men in Black continually state that time doesn't exist, etc. It would appear that some sort of post-apocalypse quantum chaos technology does indeed reverse time using virutal photons. But then time was reversed in the Bushmen culture going back to 80,000 BCE, using a completely different type of silence.

I have always heard very high-pitched beeps at odd times, almost at the edge of perception, and I always assumed they were symptoms of tinnitus, except a few times when it happened, one or another of my dogs or cats would act like they could hear it, too.

I always thought it was very weird, but I have only experienced it in conjunction with anything paranormal once or twice.

Now when it happens, I just roll my eyes and joke that "the aliens are just trying to download instructions into my brain and are finding that there isn't enough memory left."

I guess I need a memory upgrade.

Sounds like Regan's following similar leads to those that I investigated in my article in Darklore Volume 1, "Her Sweet Murmur". Anyone interested in that article can download a free copy (in original book format as a PDF file) from the Darklore website (http://darklore.dailygrail.com).

Kind regards,
Greg
