CIA-UFO

A lot of the material contained within this article will already be known to the well-versed (or just the incredibly old and wizened) ufologist, as it focuses for the most part on UFO documentation declassified a long time ago by the CIA, and via the terms of the Freedom of Information Act.

There are, however, some new snippets of information contained within; and overall it’s a good background/primer piece for those wanting to know more about the story (the official story, at least) of the CIA’s involvement in the UFO puzzle.

If you weren’t aware of these documents, I recommend a reading of Tim Good’s Above Top Secret and the Fawcett-Greenwood title, Clear Intent, for more information on Cold War-CIA spookery, spying, and Flying Saucers.
