NSA Document Verifies ET Contact
An incredible potentially groundbreaking document relating to the fact that we have intercepted extraterrestrial signals been made public by the NSA. On its own official nsa.gov website the document is entitled “Key To Extraterrestrial Messages” – by Campaigne.
In the documents index it cites ”Recently a series of series of radio message have been heard coming from outer space. The transmission was not continuous, but cut by pauses which could be taken as units, for they were repeated over and over again. The pauses show here as punctuation. ”
This language of 21 symbols explained in exhaustive technical detail throughout it 23 pages. A reported 29 interceptions have been made.
If true this the smoking gun that all disclosure advocates have been waiting for. Evidence of contact.

Sometimes it hurts to have a working brain – does anyone read anymore? Do a search for the term “extraterrestrial” on the NSA website. You’ll get more than one hit. Download this one, very first one on the list:
Go to page 4.
READ THE DAMNED THING.
There is no smoking gun, this is all hypothetical musings, says so right in the document. The UFO “field” is full of dolts who couldn’t research their way out of a bathroom.

I found this webpage from 2009 which also discusses the document.
One of the comments in that page seems to give the answer:
“It’s a training exercise, I’m afraid. Campaigne and Callimahos were both heavily involved in cipher training, and the ‘messages’ Capaigne cites were devised by Callimahos as an example of how an alien intelligence may structure a communication.”
