Theoretical physicist Michio Kaku talks UFOs on MSNBC on August 23, 2010.

I have appeared in or contributed to the following TV programs, documentaries and films:
OLN's Mysterious Encounters: "Caddo Critter", Southern Fried Bigfoot, Travel Channel's Weird Travels: "Bigfoot", History Channel's MonsterQuest: "Swamp Stalker", The Wild Man of the Navidad
This is media sensationalism concatenated with a celebrity spokesperson. It’s good press but it is nonsense scientifically.
Michio Kaku clearly doesn’t know what evidence is. Sure 5% of all reports about UFOs are unexplainable, but there is absolutely no evidence of what was reported for any UFO sighting.
Probably we should do a bit of distinction between “evidence” & “proof” —etymologically, for instance, evidence comes from the word Evidentia: that which is there for all to see; then again, what can you do if some people refuse to see and turn their heads?
That’s why, IMO, Kaku concedes there is no “smoking gun” to the UFO case yet.
My question to “The Sage” is this – how is it possible for everybody – people in many many countries across the globe, who have seen more than just twinkling lights in the night or daytime sky – but actual shapes that have been recorded on film – how is it possible all those people are wrong? You’ve got to open your mind a little more and take your head out of the sand. If you believe in God, and think the best HE/SHE could do in the “game of creation” was the warring planet earth – HE/SHE better find another job because HE/SHE’S failed miserably!
And that's all there are: innumerable, insubstantial, unverifiable and utterly inconsequential reports. Over a century of "UFO" reports has not produced even one "UFO" fact.
It's simply a media created and perpetuated collective delusion. There never were any REAL "UFOS" of any kind.

Reports are not evidence.
Being unexplained is not evidence.

Let’s be realistic…..”empirical knowledge-it’s not for everyone”; you know, as in only the ELITE can claim it.

“One over Alaska, another over Belgium, another over Iran….”
All thoroughly explained already–not that there was much to them to start.
The better the “UFO” report, the more? explicable it is.
