Lights Over Lake Erie

Hello!  Let me introduce myself to you. My name is Sharonlee and my focus has exclusively been reporting on all things related to Bigfoot. Research, expeditions, conferences and any event that could benefit the bigfoot community by providing media coverage.

I was supposed to attend Don Keating’s March bi-monthly bigfoot meeting on March 13th, when I became aware of a developing story in my very own back yard, literally!

Our local news station, Fox 8, had run a story on Eugene Erlich from Euclid, Ohio who had videotaped an unidentified object in the sky for 9 consecutive nights in a row. The story was then picked up by MSNBC and next thing you know, Cleveland, Ohio is in the spotlight as a UFO hot spot, once again.

The earliest reports of strange lights over Lake Erie date back to the early 1800’s. Newspaper clippings from that time report that people stood on the shore and observed glowing lights that they assumed was a horrible shipwreck, however, there was no wreckage and the people were baffled.

Sightings of UFO’s have occurred numerously throughout the years. One of the oldest UFO sighting organizations is the Cleveland Ufology Project (CUP).  A legal document recently discovered states that CUP was founded in 1952.

“It’s a hot spot,” declares local ufologist Aaron Clark about the beaches of Lake Erie near Cleveland, Ohio. “Some believe there’s a UFO base on the bottom of the lake.”

I have been returning nightly to the lake, driving along the shoreline from Madison to Euclid, hoping to catch a glimpse of anything in the sky.

Last night was finally a clear night, and on my way to the lake, I noticed an increased level of Air Force activity.

I often walk my dog up to the lake and I will stargaze at night, and I have no doubt that there are unexplained lights in the skies over Lake Erie.  I do believe that something is out there, and I hope to provide you all with as much information as I can find.

I am not an expert by any means, I am simply a reporter with a passion for things unknown.

Till next time,
Sharonlee

  1. mikeclelland Says:

Cleveland is home to Dennis Kucinich.

Dennis Kucinich flew with Obama the other day to Cleveland, he was the only presidential candidate in ‘08 who said that he has seen a UFO. And if you read the text in Shirley McClain’s book, it communicated with him.

President Obama flew to the Cleveland area to give his last speech on health care on Monda). That was the night was the ninth night in a row that UFOs have been sighted over Lake Eerie and the Cleveland area.

    What can it mean???
