Mac Tonnies News
A couple of developments to report. A female friend of Mac’s has started a blog that is open to (registered) contributors to share their memories and inspirations in words and art. The page is so new that it doesn’t even have a name yet. It might be “Macbot,” which was Mac’s email handle.
Mac’s last book, The Cryptoterrestrials: A Meditation On Indigenous Humanoids and the Aliens Among Us will be released on March 15th. Nick wrote the foreward, Mike Clelland did the artwork, and I contributed an afterword. Editor Patrick Huyghe took three months shaping Mac’s manuscript into form and will publish it through his Anomalist Books company.
Nick and/or I will most certainly post a review as soon as the book is released, albeit a very biased one!
Finally, someone is selling Mac’s collection of sci-fi stories on Amazon for $9,938.53. Now that’s a cosmic funny.
We still miss him as much as ever.

A few weeks back the book was selling for $9,999. Seems the seller is lowering his offer.
On a more pressing note, I am deeply concerned that Mac’s blog will someday dissapear. That site is a wealth of coolness that should be declared a national treasure.
I miss him in a way that is impossible to define.
