Aliens & Jinns

This caught my attention at The Anomalist today and makes for very interesting reading:

Reality Checking: UFOs, Abductions and the Jinn Alternate Perceptions
Brent Raynes recalls the frightening case Phil Imbrogno, a UFO investigator with vast experience, ran into with his “Dream Team,” a group of like-minded individuals with impeccable credentials. The Dream Team ran into trouble while investigating a long-running series of abductions reported by a mother and daughter in Cold Springs, NY, in February of 1978. Did the experience break up the Dream Team, or did the group seek other directions for some other reason? And what could the supposedly mythical group of beings known in Muslim literature and religious doctrine as the Djin (Jinn) have had to do with the Cold Springs case?

Interesting and very wild article. Nick traditionally Jinn or djinn — are healed (exorcised) through a trance dance by females called the Zar dance. It’s part of East African culture (Sudan mainly) and is practiced by females — thousands.

What do you make of that Nick? Do you know the guy? What kind of rep does he have? Wild story.

    Ben:
I don’t know him personally, but he does have a good reputation. Yep, definitely a high-strangeness account.

    Drew:
    Thanks for the info!

“They shape shift in various forms, they delight in harassing and traumatizing human beings”

This sounds to be much like the behaviour of a poltergeist and whatever is tormenting myself on rare occasions, I believe ufos and the paranormal are more connected than we realise.
