Presentation: An Ultimate ET/Citizens Diplomatic Mission

For over 17 years Joseph Burkes, MD, has worked with groups of UFO experiencers who are cooperatively interacting with non-human intelligence of a presumed extraterrestrial nature. For five years he served as a CSETI working group coordinator in Dr. Steven Greerâ€™s Close Encounters of the Fifth Kind Initiative. This ambitious project on multiple occasions has been successful in attracting UFOs to remote research sites in the US, England and Mexico. Dr. Burkes will reveal many of the little known and exciting details of this program where humans interact with non-human intelligence on both physical and mental levels. Videos describing contact techniques will be shown.

Dr. Joseph Burkes was born in New York City in 1949. After attending UCLA as an undergraduate, in 1976 he received his MD degree from Tufts University in Boston. From 1979 until retiring in 2008 he was a staff physician for Kaiser Permanente in Panorama City, California. His area of specialization is general internal medicine. Within his medical group, Dr. Burkes has worked in various capacities, among which include adult primary care, geriatrics, occupational medicine, hospitalist & emergency room services.

Dr. Burkes views his work with the contact movement as an extension of his past efforts to establish peace and social justice. If the ET hypothesis is correct, as CSETI maintains, and non-human intelligence of an extraterrestrial nature is present on our planet, then a citizensâ€™ diplomatic movement will be required to promote peaceful contact with our newly found neighbors.
