I remember it used to be just sitting at www.nsa.gov/ufo which I thought was somewhat silly. The most interesting thing on there, to me, aside from some Jacques Vallee stuff, is the account of an NSA employee attending a UFO conference in Dayton, Ohio (item #37). Makes you wonder who exactly it was and who he was talking to... Plus the National Enquirer article being in the NSA archives is humorous... Oh that page is back.
