John Keel In Hospital

Ufomystic friend and hero and author of the seminal books The Mothman Prophecies and Operation Trojan Horse (among others) has been admitted to a New York hospital. Loren Coleman, reports at our sister site, Cryptomundo:

On March 25, 2009, John A. Keel, famed for his work on Mothman, turned 79 years old.

I have just learned from Doug Skinner, his trusted friend, that Keel has been transported by ambulance to a hospital, due to health issues. Keel’s problems appear to revolve around old age and diabetes, with the complications including anemia and edema. In general, John is getting weaker, and finding it harder to walk.

I have only been able to meet Keel a few times, and hope that he emerges from this latest bout with renewed energy which will allow him to greet visitors and write for years to come. Pray to whoever you pray to for John Keel’s health and recovery.
