Stalking By Night…
Who or what is behind the infamous cattle mutilations that have been reported all across the US for decades? This is, without doubt, a question that has provoked a huge amount of controversy and debate within the field of Ufology - and elsewhere, too.
Is it aliens?
Predators?
Cults?
Deranged lunatics?
Or does the military know something about this bizarre puzzle?
Maybe the latter possibilty has some merit to it.

As you’ll see, the author is not saying the Night-Stalkers are responsible for the mutes; only that they may be responsible for the so-called “Black Helicopters” seen in the vicinity of some mutes.
Maybe more research should be done in this area, rather than focusing solely on the UFO/cult/predator angles?

Yeah Nick — good call. I mean when I first contacted you about my big black triangle sighting, I had been shown a 3-ring notebook of UFOs photographed by my parents’ local newspaper. The lady said at the same time cattle mutilations had occurred — in the 1970s — next to the Carlos Avery Wildlife Refuge — and a rancher was so freaked he moved out of the area. Then she said that she learned the area was part of a military flight test corridor.
Years later — a few years ago — I dragged my dad out to Carlos Avery and he drove me around. It is an eerie place since it’s just a huge backwoods-marsh with lots of winding gravel roads.
Then a few months ago I discovered the Big Foot blogger, posted on anomalist — who claims to discover big foot in Carlos Avery. So I watched his videos and they just pissed me off. I could find NO evidence for big foot. I made a point to watch the videos WITHOUT sound. I realized that the sound-track was the dominant factor to create this sensation of creepy fear — just like Blair Witch. I realized that the person making the film probably had not had much time in the woods. Then I realized that the people watching the film just got caught up in the contrived creepy fear which easily blows up normal things into the spirit realm.

Those mutilations that are anomalous- I don’t think the military has anything to do with them. I think we’re dealing with something far stranger. It would be interesting if Joe McMoneagle did a remote viewing of one of these sites- to see what he could come up with.

Yeah, I don’t think the author is specifically saying that he believes the mutes are done by the Night-Stalkers. Rather, that he believes the Night-Stalkers are the people who have shown up at mute-sites and who are responsible for the helicopter reports.
It’s possible they are merely monitoring rather than being responsible.

Personally, I love the black helicopter reports… It is kind of nice to think the government has a purpose behind these mutilations, but, I have to agree with Mr. Dover in that we are dealing with an even stranger truth in these matters.

Having become quite familiar with the “mutilation” phenomenon I agree that a majority of cases are probably due to human perpetrators—probably checking for BSE/prion infection. This does NOT however explain all cases. There are a small percentage that are beyond any known human capability. Brains gone w/ no break into the cranium, spinal cords excised, udders packed perfectly w/ sand, etc. There also appears to be a subtle element of ritual blood sacrifice that may tie into human’s ancient practice of animal sacrifice.
