Interview Tonight
I’ll be discussing wind turbines, UFOs, and drugs (and possibly a few other things) with Micah Hanks of the Gralien Report on Speaking of Strange, hosted by Micah and Joshua Warren from 6-7 PM PST tonight (Saturday, January 17th.) Listen at the local AM station link from WWNC, Asheville, NC.
Apparently the first hour of the program will feature Trevor James Constable, a man I’ve wanted to talk to for a long time. I’m jealous.

Which means the podcast should be here shortly thereafter…

I could only listen to 20mins of the Trevor James Constable interview. Im probably showing ignorance and a lack of respect here, but the guy sounds like a total fruitcake to me.
That NASA tether bullshit has been explained for a while as ice crystals. Its absurd to think that that hundreds of UFOs in space swarmed around the tether as it floated off.
And his theories about ‘critters’? I guess its interesting in a way, but to claim that there is a saucer-shaped life form living in the atmosphere that people are seeing and misidentifying as ‘flying saucers’ is also absurd.

Gareth,
I don’t think I believe Constable either, but he was a guest and he isn’t trying to ram anything down anyone’s throat. If someone’s not being an asshole, or asking for money for their ideas, I’m not inclined to pick at them. I suppose I look at it as some sort of personal expression, or even “art.”
I don’t know if it’s “absurd to think” anything, but I agree with you about the tether incident. I’ve written about it before.

Fair enough. I can understand that.
I guess I was initially responding to the rhetoric that this guy was a credible figure in the UFO field, and I was pretty surprised to hear him come out sounding like David Sereda.
I probably should have listened to the whole interview.
