Turbine UFO II
And just to follow-up on the Gregster’s post on the “UFO Turbine” story that has everyone (even the media!) foaming at the mouth in England right now, over at The Gralien Report, Micah Hanks has a very intriguing article that places the incident possibly in the realm of cryptozoology. And very interesting Micah’s ideas are, too!
As Micah says: “…this new description of the UFO seen over Lincolnshire, England, has been described as something very similar to a ‘real’ Sky-Squid; or perhaps more appropriately in this case, an ‘Unidentified Flying Octopus’. Could this object have been something bizarre along the lines of Trevor James Constable’s ‘critters’, which he long ago supposed might inhabit our atmosphere? Would the late Ivan Sanderson, with his notions of ‘atmospheric lifeforms’ that could inhabit the skies, approve of the same?”

There’s a tweaky bit of synchronicity for you!
I’ve just been reading the Louth Leader’s Gemma Gadd piece about this turbine malarchy, (http://www.louthleader.co.uk/news/UPDATE-Nick-Pope-on-tentacle.4858373.jp), where it mentions some bloke called Eric Goring who’s “been witnessing triangular alien craft regularly near his home”, (Brinkhill, apparently), since October.
For some reason this suddenly set my mind wondering about the black, (well, dark grey charcoally) triangle, me and a load of kids observed hovering at the bottom Grierson Street back in the early ’70s.
Upto now I’d always assumed that’d been a solid nuts and bolts jobby, (unlike the majority of the “energy” based critters which usually pester me, [which seem to be what the Islamic World refer to as Jinn]), but for some reason it suddenly hit me for the first time that if I’d've been a member of the masons that day, and I’d've found this mysterious dark looking triangle hovering over me, with a dark dully gleaming ‘glass’ circle at its centre from which ‘emerged’ the distinct sense ’something’ was observing me, I might not’ve been so ready to try and convince myself it had to be some new weird sort of helicopter, or sputnik, etc., but might’ve instead found myself wondering if it wasn’t in fact our old chum the All-Seeing eye on the dollar bill? (Presumably someone’s already tried tying the Triangle phenomenon to the masons?).
In short, I suddenly found myself wondering if that wasn’t just another electromagnetic entity too?
Then I hop over here to find you cogitating over the possibility the Turbine UFO might not be a ’spaceship’ at all but a lifeform!

Hi Guys
Sorry it’s been a while since i last posted anything hope you all had a great Christmas and new year, i’m writing this time to ask about a sighting i’ve heard of, about a week ago i was talking to a guy who worked as a military policeman at RAF Wildenrath, West Germany in the 80s, around 1988 to 89 he claimed there was a civilian airliner flying over Cologne was shadowed by an unknown object that held the same altitude and speed as the aircraft, it was also picked up on radar and 2 Phantoms were scrambled to either intecept or observe although when the two fighters drew close the object vanished, the guy did not say whether it flew away or literaly just vanished, however my guy did say he was told after the event that there would be a visit by some people and he was to let them in immediately when he asked who they were he was told he did’nt need to know and to stop asking questions that did’nt have anything to do with him, sure enough 2 or 3 cars arrived with people in suits and there was a full debrief of all personel involved, he also mentioned that one of the Phantoms did go supersonic and the resulting sonic boom was thought by the locals to be an IRA bomb and was reported in the local press as such although this was quickly dismissed as the cause, now i have since looked into this at some length now, i have spoke to Nick Pope to see if he has heard of it and sent of a FOI request to the MOD although i’m still waiting for a reply, so have any of you guys heard of this? i’m at a loss!!!
