Bishop strikes forth on his own capitalist venture. According to the IRS exchanging labor or goods for money is income which according to the Supreme Court is profit or extra gains. If Anomalist won't publish a book by the repeated Jadoo reprint request offender then free exchange of information is the true act of high strangeness. Good luck Greg. Pamela looks like she was an ingenue back in the day. In my experience as semi-retired worker, you should always work part-time at least for the most you can get for the least amount of headache or responsibility ie working from home, short-term projects or some do-little job that allows you to surf the internet or work on your next book.
