This is just fantasy thinking. For example, how do we know that the 'real' explanation for all of the points given in Micah's post is that the Earth is a way point for interstellar travelers? That would explain just as much but what evidence is there for such a claim? First you have to pretend that some UFOs have been identified as foreign craft, then you have to pretend that these crafts have humanoid beings piloting them, then you have to pretend that lots of them are flying around us all the time, then you have to pretend that there are many solar systems in which these many humanoids have a need to travel to Earth, then...so when does the pretending end and reality begin? Before we start going into excruciating details of the visitors and their psychology, better to first prove they even exist and arrange to meet one so they can be studied for real. Otherwise, there is no difference between the person who claims they can describe the agendas and habits of the visitors and a person in an insane asylum who claims they regularly talk with Moses and the Prophets of the Old Testament.
