I had corresponded with Hansen several times and then after we discussed Stillings a bit I made a trip to the Bakken library with the goal of reading these back issues! No luck, even though it's just on the other side of the lake I live next to. haha. So that Tesla article is really fascinating -- especially with the CIA's Puharich tie-in since he was co-author of the "actual Matrix plan" for the World Institute, as per my research. Such a plan had been recently promoted indirectly by John Casti and George Johnson, both writing out of Santa Fe for the military labs -- Santa Fe Institute (quantum chaos systems theory) and Los Alamos.
