I did have an interesting experience awhile back, though. I was waiting on the bus one fine cool morning, the sun just barely up in the west and what should I see overhead but a shining, almost glowing metallic cylinder silently cruising due west. A few moments observation confirmed my suspicion that it was simply a Jet liner (Probably a 737 ) catching the rays of the rising sun on its fuselage, and flying at he just the right attitude relative to the observer ( myself ) to obscure the wings. But it was neat moment. Well, I couldn’t say-I’m a pipe smoker

That would be naughty of them. I think an advanced civilization should set a good example and be an inspiration. And with a slight variation to the cigar design I think a baseball bat shape would be a nod of the over-sized grey mellon to the clean living folk who have made the sport what it is today ;) Hehehehe!! He was out in the middle of the British (Cheshire) countryside, driving down a dead straight lane, when the UFO came from nowhere, flying in front of his car a few hundred feet up in the air. He sped up to get closer but he said it paced him perfectly for about 5 minutes. It then shot off at an incredible speed. Jamie said it was like the thing was making fun of him and his prized BMW M3.
