Some old UFO journals do exist on the web. For example, an almost complete collection of over 240+ issues of "Understanding" from 1956 to 1979 are online at Daniel Fry Dot Com (danielfry.com) in searchable HTML format. "Understanding" is like a time machine going back to the wacky world of the contactees.

Although not a UFO zine, the old Aberre zine (aberree.com) did carry related stories and ads from 1954 to 1965, most of which are online and searchable.

The "Archives for UFO Research" (afu.info, based in Sweden) also has an enormous and, I dare say, the most complete collection of old UFO zines and books anywhere, although not online. They also have a quarterly newsletter going back to 1975 (with gaps).

Cheers, Sean.
