Is it our expectations interfering with perception, or does the phenomena deliberately take the form of our expectations?

I was reading 'entity reports' from the 50's and 60's and was struck with just how many cases involved a glowing UFO parked on the side of the road with entities. The entities usually act surprised at the arrival of a car and pack up and leave.

With so many identical accounts, and the fact that this particular kind of encounter isn't reported much today, it gives the impression that the encounter was deliberatly staged.

I suspect this site is going to distract me for weeks-thank, Greg. At
the risk of being tagged a closet, Globalist, I'll also say how impressed
I am at how widespread Mr. Rosales has cast the net to gather these reports.
I have spent only a few minutes ( so far ) skimming a few of the years-but
the range and diversity of the encounters ( many of which, I can't help but note, seem to have no UFO
connection ) boggles my mind.

Maldita sea! I had never seen that image in my life! Where do I find this video?

The info says it was taken on a place called Lomas de Plateros, that's in Mexico city, near Barranca del Muerto, close to Periférico Avenue and Mixcoac Avenue... there's a prehispanic ruin not so far from there.
