My wife often talks of an encounter with a large great dane sized dog with red eyes. This happened some 25-30 years ago at her parents house on the edge of Cannock Chase. The dog just stood and looked at her. The link to death was a previous tennant of the house killed himself in a garage that once stood on the area where the dog was standing. The memory of this is still as clear today as the night it happened. I will contact you again when a get chance to speak to someone who saw a strange creature up by the telecom tower.
