Just read the conclusion this morning. As a fan of Haines, the still young NARCAP and their academic approach, I too have been anxiously awaiting this report. At under a year (8 months) in the making, they didn't exhaust my anticipation. Hooray for scientific ufology and the study of unexplained atmospheric phenomena!!
